Mmmmm....the smell of a freshly cleaned hamster cage. You know the old one with the yellow plastic and all the attachable tubes. Barney running, running on the wheel. Squeek, squeek, squeek....... Oh, now I remember why we stopped having hamsters. I have realized ,just now, a lost memory of the day the cage became a scene from The Shining. You see, our other hamster; Fred was really a Wilma and got pregnant. It became drastically clear that pregnant hamsters will not share a cage with another hamster. Even our cute, lovable Barney............ Red fur...red.fur.. This synthetic, lab spawned oil smells just like fresh cedar. I can never use it again.
