I've bought 3 different sizes and colors of this brand of candle. The red and green are great, they burn cleanly, no issues and I would buy again. Very disappointing though was the black candle. I tried this in the 3X3 and the 3X6 and both times the candle did not burn well but instead tunneled down. This was not a user issue, this did not happen with either the green or the red and I have the same burning practices with all of my candles. Possibly the wick size is off for the black candles? This is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. I prefer black candles but unfortunately can't buy them from this seller.Looked very nice on my table for 4th of July. Burns evenlyColor is not a true black, more a dark purple as others have noted. Packaging terrible therefore candle arrived dented all across the top as seen in photos.I was looking forward to using this candle. I needed it for a project. Major disappointment.
